This issue not only goes against the public interest and the interest of the accused, it also violates human rights conventions. Thus, this research will concentrate on a practical way to speed this process and to achieve at leas t a fair level of speediness in trial procedures. Eliminating the case backlog and maintaining it in the future will be helpful in the country's criminal justice administration. Delays cost the country money and time and can add greatly to the expense for lawyers, causing hardship for the accused, which is not a desirable result by any standard.
